Hugh is the founder and CEO of Reco Group. Over the past 30 years and 3200 completed projects, Hugh has developed a reputation for building on time and within budget, no matter the size or scale of the project. In addition to his commercial clients, Hugh has also independently developed 20 properties and jointly developed 7 major real estate projects. With his reputation for honesty and commitment, Hugh has gathered a team of like minded companies to develop a comprehensive service group integrating multiple aspects of the real estate and development industry.

Hugh is committed to maximizing the value of land by mixing traditional and innovative building techniques. To that end, he has cultivated deep relationships with manufacturers in China to bring steel framed building products and services to North America.

As someone who loves to stay active and challenged, Hubert Lau has grown several successful technology companies with customers in North America, Asia and Europe. Hubert is often referred to as the “Technology Entrepreneur” and has worked with more than 1000 organizations to help them grow by leveraging technologies to maximize business opportunities.

Currently, Hubert is President and CEO of TrustBIX Inc., a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange. The company provides agri-food traceability and chain of custody value solutions. TrustBIX’s goal is to create a world where we trust more, waste less and reward sustainable behaviour by addressing consumer and agri-food business demands. The proprietary platform, BIX (Business InfoXchange system), is designed to create trust without compromising privacy through innovative, blockchain-derived use of technology and data. James Smith is one of United States’ foremost experts in real estate and business. Mr. Smith has been investing in real estate for over four decades, and currently owns properties from coast to coast, ranging from single and multi-family residences to commercial properties and developments.

Mr. Smith is adept at negotiating major contracts, as well as developing and maintaining effective business relationships at the highest level. He is a creative deal maker with a solid track record of success.  He has shared his extensive knowledge with millions of individuals across North America and globally. Mr. Smith has spoken alongside United States Presidents Donald Trump, George Bush, and Bill Clinton. As well, he has shared the stage with influential speakers including Mikhail Gorbachev, Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Tom Hopkins, and John Walsh to name a few.

His other passions are affordable housing projects and “green building” through

partnerships with environmentally sensitive builders and building material providers. He is also personally involved in supporting and helping the efforts of indigenous tribes worldwide.

Lyn T. Jones

Since 1975, Mr. Jones has owned and operated Lyn T. Jones and Associates, Design Consultants; a company focused on the profession of design including medical, dental, hospitality, residential, retail, corporate, furniture design, exhibitions, and graphics. Trained in the U.K and working in Scandinavia enhanced Mr. Jones’ design experience and expertise in the design field. Possessing a diverse background and academic qualifications has allowed Mr. Jones to participate in all forms of design from initial concepts, budgets, documentation, project management and site supervision to project completion. Mr. Jones also continues to lecture and instruct at various public and private design institutions, mentoring and providing support to many design students upon their graduation, and personally continues to explore new design innovations in professional practice.

James M. Smith

Mr. Malicki has 26 years of legal experience including time spent as a sole practitioner and as head of the legal department of Canadian Overseas Immigration and Business Services in Vancouver, British Columbia. He advises a varied clientele on business start-up and growth. He also advises health professionals on regulatory matters.

Mr. Malicki is experienced as a business lawyer, business owner, and project manager and has practical knowledge on the preparation of financial statements. He understands the importance of effective internal control policies and procedures. He also has the knowledge to understand the accounting principles used by the Corporation to prepare its financial statements and the ability to assess the general application of the accounting principles related to accounting for estimates, accruals, and reserves.
